Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, 1 year + experience, Newcastle, competitive salary. An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join an established firm in their Newcastle office.

THE ROLE:

An established & successful North East firm is keen to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their property department. The successful Residential Conveyancing Paralegal will be expected to assist the team in providing a high quality service to clients in relation the sale and purchase of freehold houses, sale and purchase of leasehold properties, re-mortgages and leases. The appointed Residential Conveyancing Paralegal will be required to take instructions, assist other members within the team and play an active role in the business development and marketing of the department.

 

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The newly appointed Residential Conveyancing Paralegal will have a proven background in assisting on all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold, registered and unregistered land as well as boundary issues. You will be an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal looking for a friendly and supportive working environment where you can watch your career flourish. The successful Residential Conveyancing Paralegal will be able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines and also have the ability to manage a caseload efficiently, competently and cost-effectivly.
