Residential Conveyancer, 2+ PQE, Tyne & Wear, competitive salary An established North East firm are keen to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their expanding property team.

THE ROLE:

An experienced Residential Conveyancer is sought to join a successful and established North East firm. The newly appointed Residential Conveyancer will be joining a busy property team of experienced specialists who consistently deliver high quality service and provide assistance and expertise in all areas of the conveyancing process. The successful Residential Conveyancer will be managing their own varied caseload of both freehold and leasehold properties and overseeing the conveyancing process from start to finish.

 

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER:

The ideal Residential Conveyancer will have a minimum of 2 years PQE within a previous residential conveyancing role. Applications are sought from Residential Conveyancers who have enthusiasm, drive and a positive working attitude alongside the ability to manage a high volume caseload. Although not essential, the ideal Residential Conveyancer will have previous commercial property experience as this position does have scope to expand into commercial property.
