Residential Conveyancer with particular emphasis on Leaseholds, Merseyside - Commercial firm in Liverpool now seeking an outstanding Residential Conveyancer who is looking to take their career to the next level and specialise in leasehold enfranchisement matters

THE ROLE:

Fast track your career as a gifted, motivated lawyer by joining an elite firm. As a newly appointed Residential Conveyancer joining this dynamic team in Liverpool you will be required to advise landlords on all aspects of leasehold enfranchisement, including lease extension claims, collective claims to acquire the freehold of blocks of flats, RTM claims and individual claims to acquire the freehold of leasehold houses.

 

 

THE CANDIDATE:

My client is looking to recruit a stand out Residential Conveyancer with around 2-5years PQE from either a commercial or residential background although it is essential that the successful Residential Conveyancer must have a solid grounding and specific emphasis towards leasehold enfranchisement matters. If you think you have the drive, determination and intelligence to make your mark at a top UK law firm then this is the opportunity for you.
