Regulatory Lawyer Advocate, London - An experienced and immediately available Regulatory Lawyer Advocate is required by this busy regulatory body on a locum basis for a period of 3-4 months.


This busy fitness to practice team is looking for an experienced Regulatory Lawyer Advocate to join them on a locum basis for the next 3-4 months.  You will be handling a very busy caseload relating to the investigation and representation of fitness to practice cases from complaint through to hearing.  Throughout investigation you will work closely with a team of fitness to practice specialists guiding them on the most appropriate case preparation to ensure all required information is available at hearing.  You will take responsibility for presenting cases before the Professional Conduct Committee or the Health Committee.



The appointed Regulatory Lawyer Advocate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience of working within a regulatory or litigation role.  Exceptional advocacy skills are essential, as is the ability to effectively communicate with investigators throughout the course of a case.  Due to the temporary nature of the role a proven ability to quickly familiarise yourself with complex cases is essential.
