Legal Administrator/Assistant, South Yorkshire – Immediate start temporary opportunity for an experienced legal administrator /assistant to work in a busy developer team in a friendly and popular law firm for 6-8 weeks

THE ROLE:

As the successful legal administration assistant in a busy office, you will provide excellent administration to support the team. You will be handling important legal documents, filing, indexing and archiving. The post requires an excellent eye for detail, the ability to work in a fast paced environment and to work to service level agreements. You will carry out large volumes of work and will need good levels of accuracy and efficiency. The role will also require general administrative duties to be completed such as photocopying, sorting papers and preparation of bundles.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The Legal Administration Assistant will have previous experience within the legal sector with exceptional customer service skills. Ideally you will have strong organisational skills and the ability to work unsupervised aswell as part of a team. Whilst some of your tasks may be repetitive, this an extremely important role therefore the role would suit an administrator who has a genuine interest in helping clients receive an exceptional service. The successful Legal Administration Assistant must also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems and be willing to learn new technology, databases and systems aswell as be able to demonstrate high levels of adaptability and flexibility.
