IP / IT Professional Support Lawyer, West Midlands – A leading law firm requires an experienced IP/IT Professional Support Lawyer to provide professional support to the busy intellectual property and technology team.

JOB TITLE:                   IP / IT Professional Support Lawyer

PQE REQUIRED:         4+ years PQE

LOCATION:                  West Midlands (Commutable from: Birmingham, Solihull, Worcester, Warwick, Coventry, Nuneaton)

SALARY:                      £Dependant on experience

 

THE ROLE:

With a particular focus on the intellectual property and technology sector, this leading practice has identified the need for an IP / IT Professional Support Lawyer to work with the partners and team leaders and provide professional support on types of matters related to IP / IT work. Your duties and responsibilities will be varied and will include producing precedents, know how guidance, maintain the team’s profile as well as dealing with fee earner queries together with researching resources and also working a variety of projects.

 

THE IP / IT PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT LAWYER:

You will have a minimum of 4 years experience and a solid background in IP and technology related matters including patents, trade marks, designs and copyright and IT related cases. The capability to utilise research tools and analyse large quantities of information is a must. You will be forward thinking, flexible and be able to work under pressure. As an experienced IP / IT Professional Support Lawyer you will possess good interpersonal skills and a financial awareness and gained relevant experience within a practice renowned for their technology / commercial offerings. Well thought of by your peers and clients, you will have a strong commercial approach together with a sound understanding of all types of commercial matters.
