Family Solicitor, Northamptonshire – A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor to handle a mixed caseload of family law and also play a key role in the development of the family offerings.

THE ROLE:

Fancy an exciting and rewarding challenge…? The appointed Family Solicitor will be responsible for managing their own caseload of family matters including both public and privately funded cases. The position will be varied and will include advising divorce, relationship breakdown, civil partnerships and domestic abuse. In addition to fee-earning you will also be expected to lead a team of family fee earners and play a supportive role in developing the family department further.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

Suitable Family Solicitors must hold Family Membership and have a proven track record of dealing with all types of family related matters including both private and publicly funded family law cases. Covering the full range of family law, Family Solicitors will possess the ability to come in and hit the ground running with a challenging and broad workload. Family Solicitors will have strong communication skills coupled with excellent client facing skills and a sympathetic and professional approach. In order to be considered for this role you must have experience of supervising and managing a team.
