Enfranchisement Solicitor, 2+ PQE - Bedfordshire - This is an exceptional opportunity for a Residential/Commercial Solicitor who has particular expertise in enfranchisement matters, including lease extensions and tight to manage claims to join our client's specialist enfranchisement team. SCOPE OF THE ROLE:

A leading regional law firm who are an innovative practice and well established in the local market. Constantly evolving with the ever changing law and adapting to business and commercial pressures whilst remaining committed to providing appropriate solutions and excellent customer service. Working closely with fee earners and the Head of Department the successful Enfranchisement Solicitor will provide extensive support whilst handling projects and caseloads. In return you will be offered guidance and plenty of flexibility to scope your personal development. This is a demanding role in a busy department which requires an individual who is driven and ready to get stuck into a challenging new position.

 

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Applications are sought from Enfranchisement Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years PQE experience of handling enfranchisement/residential/commercial property matters.
