An additional Employment Solicitor is required to join this expanding team in Lincoln within one of the county's major law firms. The successful Employment Solicitor will demonstrate a high level of expertise and knowledge of Employment law, dealing with both contentious and non contentious matters on behalf of employer clients, including corporate support work.
Our client is looking for applications from Employment Solicitors with at least 3 years PQE with a proven track record in delivering a high quality service to commercial clients. We are keen to seek out Employment Solicitors who are highly driven, self motivated and looking to take on additional responsibilities to fee earning. The appointed Employment Solicitor will have great advocacy skills and a positive approach to their work. This Employment Solicitor role will suit someone who is confident, ambitious and keen to make their mark in the firm's future success.
