Employment Solicitor, Manchester - A leading practice is keen to recruit an ambitious Employment Solicitor to deal with a varied caseload of employment related matters on behalf of employer clients.

THE ROLE:

Handling a mixed caseload of contentious and non contentious related employment matters, the appointed Employment Solicitor will be expected to advise respondent clients on all types of employment related matters. The role will include advising on TUPE, unfair dismissal, discrimination, contracts of employment, business immigration and corporate support work.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

Working within a supportive and progressive department, the successful Employment Solicitor will have up to around 2 years PQE in Employment law gained within a leading regional or national law firm. Recently qualified Solicitors who have trained within a top 100 law firm and have spent at least a seat of their training contract within Employment law, dealing with respondent clients. This position offers the newly appointed Employment Solicitor the opportunity to really enhance their skills within the employment law.
