JOB TITLE:                   Employment Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:         NQ+

LOCATION:                  Gloucestershire (Commutable from: Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud, Tewkesbury, Witney, Oxford, Hereford)

SALARY:                      £Market Rate

 

THE ROLE:

Continuing to evolve at a vast rate, this Gloucestershire based practice has a clear strategy over the next three years - to double in size and further enhance their offerings of legal services to a variety of clients. This role requires the successful Employment Solicitor to be self motivated and a self starter coupled with the ability to handle a varied caseload of employment related matters.  The highly rated team is looking for someone who has the ability to undertake all aspects of employment law including constructive dismissal, unfair dismissal, redundancy, compromise agreements and employment tribunals. With an excellent pedigree you will contribute to the business in terms of billings, as well as ideas on how to develop the practice further.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

As a Newly Qualified Employment Solicitor you will have gained significant employment experience within a firm renowned for their employment offerings. You will be currently working for either a leading national law firm or a regional law firm and will enjoy handling a full employment caseload of both contentious and non contentious. Your client base will be varied along with your caseload and you will be able to provide sound commercial advice This is a role that demands a strong and motivational Employment Lawyer who displays diplomatic skills and sound judgement. You will be a good marketer and business developer and will have demonstrated an ability to cover the full remit of employment law.
