THE ROLE:

A major transaction or reorganisation will require advice of the highest calibre, commercial understanding, professional care and urgent attention. This highly visible corporate services group of expert Corporate Solicitors can advise on business formation, funding, acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations. The practice also has business lawyers who specialise in ironing out complex issues surrounding employment, contracts, pensions, regulation or civil disputes. The range of quality corporate advice the  group gives comes with a personal touch, a partner-led approach, backed by commercial know-how which ensures the very best advice whether  an owner-managed business, a charity or institution with business activities, or a large company regularly involved in transactions.

 

THE CORPORATE SOLICITOR:

As a senior Corporate Solicitor you will have a broad range of practical expertise in all types of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, public market work and general corporate matters. Your corporate finance law work will be based on a considerable depth of knowledge and experience of all aspects of both debt and equity funding. A true professional, driven and dedicated to this area of law, you will relish the opportunity this role affords. You must have excellent business development along with a passion to develop a successful career within this area of law.
