LOCATION:                              West Midlands (Commutable from: Birmingham, Warwick, Worcester, Solihull, Coventry, Nuneaton, Coventry, Walsall)

SALARY:                                  £Dependant on experience

 

THE ROLE:

This leading regional law firm has identified the need for a Corporate Immigration Lawyer to join their thriving team in the West Midlands. Joining the highly recommended team, you will be expected to provide immigration advice to clients in both the public and private sector. As the appointed Immigration Solicitor you will be expected to handle sponsor licence applications, sponsorship and visa applications, citizen applications, visa applications for high net worth individuals as well as sponsorship matters which come under Tier 4.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are sought from Immigration Solicitors with at least 12 months experience within corporate immigration gained within a firm renowned for their offerings within this area of law. Newly Qualified Immigration Solicitors maybe considered for this role and will have completed at least one seat within corporate immigration law. Ideal Corporate Immigration Solicitors will have some experience in employment issues which may occur within immigration matters. With a strong academic background and commercial awareness, you will be confident and possess the ability to play a supportive role in business development.
