THE ROLE:

One of the UK's leading regional law firms is keen to appoint an experienced Construction Solicitor to join their successful and expanding construction team. The successful Construction Solicitor will undertake a varied caseload and will manage all aspects of construction work including arbitration, adjudication and litigation work alongside contract drafting and professional appointments.

 

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideal Construction Solicitor will have a minimum of 5 years experience within a similar role non-contentious role and will have enthusiasm to develop and expand the construction department. The appointed Construction Solicitor will have excellent interpersonal and marketing skills along with the ability to develop contracts for both the team and the firm. The successful Construction Solicitor will have experience acting on behalf of developers and funders as well as contractors, consultants and subcontractors.
