Company Commercial Solicitor / Partner, Lancashire - A highly regarded law firm in the North West is looking to appoint a well rounded Company Commercial Solicitor to take on a senior role covering the full remit of corporate and commercial matters – NO FOLLOWING REQUIRED!

THE ROLE:

The company commercial team of this successful law firm is busier than ever and due to a continued increase of new instructions they are keen to recruit an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor / Partner. The appointed Company Commercial Solicitor will join the firm as a Partner designate and be taking a lead role in advising on corporate and commercial matters to a broad range of clients across the region.

 

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Company Commercial Solicitor / Partner will have a minimum of 7 years experience advising on all aspects of corporate and commercial matters including general commercial contract issues, transactional matters, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and fundraising. You will be an ambitious Company Commercial Solicitor seeking to handle high quality work whilst having the opportunity to build in a work life balance. A following is not essential, however the Company Commercial Solicitor will need to be an adept business developer, working with the other partners ensuring the ongoing growth and development of the firm.
