An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the flourishing commercial property team in London. The role will be varied, and the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be dealing with all aspects of commercial property law including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, leases and redevelopment and regeneration work.
With between 2-5 years PQE, the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will have a strong academic background along with a track record of handling all types of commercial property transactions. Ideal Commercial Property Solicitors will have gained experience advising a varied client base of developers, landlords, tenants and high net worth individuals.
