Commercial Property Solicitor – Top 100 Law Firm seeks an ambitious and driven Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Real Estate Team - £Excellent + Progression

THE ROLE:

Commercial Property Solicitor working with formidable clientele, this exceptional Real Estate Team have the expertise and capacity to handle the largest and most complex transactions acting for institutional investors and entrepreneurs, national property developers and large corporates with extensive property portfolios.  As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor, you will undertake a range of commercial property work including landlord and tenant, property management, sales and purchases, and working as a member of a couple of the firms principal client account teams.

 

 

THE CANDIDATE:

Commercial Property Solicitor – You will be bringing 1 to 2 years’ PQE experience from a regarded London or strong regional law firm where you have excellent knowledge of commercial property and related law, experience in the drafting of property contracts, leases, reports and contract negotiation, a proven record of a high standard of client care for existing clients and experience of taking responsibility for running some aspects of property transactions.  You will be a junior Commercial Property Solicitor that possesses solid academics and seeking a role where you can grow your career with this prestigious London law firm.
