Commercial Property Solicitor, Carlisle – Looking for that elusive work / life balance on the edge of the Lake District…..?

THE ROLE:

An established and expanding firm require an additional Commercial Property Solicitor to join a busy and thriving team. The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will manage a busy caseload including acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold commercial properties, complex leasehold work, property development projects, property management and investments. The role will see the successful Commercial Property Solicitor offering their expertise to a varied list of clients ensuring a high level of service is provided. The Commercial Property Solicitor will promote the firm's business development and marketing strategies with a forward thinking approach.

 

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will have at least 12 months PQE in commercial property, gaining this experience with another leading regional law firm. Newly qualified Solicitors who have spent at least a 6 month seat dealing with commercial property law during their training contract backed up with 1st class academics are alsi invited to apply. The newly appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the desire to constantly aim to deliver work of the highest quality. The Commercial Property Solicitor will be an open and engaging communicator who can work well in a team as well as independently.
