COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR: You must be able to demonstrate broad hands-on experience in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including but not restricted to, contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, insolvency and a variety of other matters associated with commercial litigation. Excellent academics required, as is the ability to think and communicate clearly, effectively and commercially. Other prerequisites include being technically strong, good under pressure and have excellent attention to detail.
