Commercial Litigation Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Bedfordshire - An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a regional practice based in Bedfordshire with a growing reputation for their Commercial Litigation work.
SCOPE OF THE ROLE:
A leading regional law firm who are an innovative practice and well established in the local market. Constantly evolving with the ever changing law and adapting to business and commercial pressures whilst remaining committed to providing appropriate solutions and excellent customer service. You will work effectively alongside the Head of the Litigation Department assisting clients in relation to issues that have arisen. You will have a varied responsibility across the Commercial spectrum including but not limited to contentious Insolvency including bankruptcies and winding up petitions and complex issues arising out of insolvency.
Applications are sought from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years PQE experience in handling a varied caseload of Commercial Litigation matters including insolvency work. The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will have strong communication skills and be able to maintain positive and strong working relationships with both colleagues and clients. A strong interest and good general understanding of the general Commercial Litigation spectrum is desired which in turn will develop both the profile of this Litigation Department and also your own career.
